returns + exchanges
we accept returns on full-priced items within 30 days of ship date. you must pay the shipping fees to return the item, except in special circumstances (ex: defective merchandise). we don't accept returns on sale items, perfume, skincare, underwear and socks. we can either give you a refund (minus the original shipping cost) or store credit (including the original shipping cost). please write at email@example.com to ask for a return.
if you wish to exchange an item, please write at firstname.lastname@example.org. we'll send you a gift card code upon reception of the unwanted item (poor thing). again, we don't accept sale items, perfume, skincare, underwear and socks.
